Original civilian owner was Gary Carlson of Cleveland ND, but there are clues to Forest Service use prior. (research in progress) It passed to Gary's son and then a couple other owners in that general area before being sold to Joel Johnson of Cedar Hills, UT, who sold it to me in 2019.
