Power-Wagon Registry Worksheet

Information needed to enter your Power-Wagon into the WDX-WM300 registry. Before going out to collect this info, please check the Help Page to see where the data is located, and what the different parts look like. Thanks for your help!

Serial/VIN number: ______________ this number is found on a tag on the door jamb, or if that is missing, on the frame.

Model Number: _________ this number is located on one of the tags on the door jamb, and should be labeled Model on the tag.

Body tag number: _________ this number is found on a small tag just below the Serial/VIN tag, or it is a small tag located on the firewall.

Frame Number: ______________ Double check this number if you can to verify that the number matches that on your door jamb, they sometimes do not due to cab swapping, etc. Please enter the frame number regardless if it matches the dataplate number, someone else may have your cab!

Bed type: circle one of the following: 1st series bed, 2nd series bed, 3rd series bed, Chassis Flat Bed, Utility

Engine: circle one of the following: 6-cyl 230 cid Flathead, 6-cyl 251 cid Flathead, or re-power (V8, 4BT Cummins, etc)

Engine number: ___________the number is located on a pad on the drivers side of the block, about 4" back from the front of the engine, just below the head.

Net HP: ________at RPM______ and Gross HP:________ at RPM______ (on trucks that list the Gross HP, not all do) this is located on the tag on the door jamb, and you need to know both the HP and the corresponding RPM.

Transmission: circle one of the following: "Up to" type non-synchromesh, "After" type non-synchromesh, NP 420

Electrical: 6V or 12V    Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW): _______ this is found on the tag on the door jamb

Winch: MU2-R, MU2-2, or other

Winch number: ________ located on a pad facing up on the drivers side top of the winch, there are two lines, one should be MU2-R, if it is different (like MU2-L) make a note. The lower number is the one that changes and should be written down.

Wheel Rim date:_______ this is a two digit number, like 52 for 1952 that is stamped into the face of the rim near the lug nuts. Please check multiple rims, as there is often more then one year among the 4-5 rims on a truck.

Original Color:________________look in places that are not likely to have been painted, the firewall, under the dash, behind the wiper covers.
