Just purchased a 48 PW. Unfortunatly the truck has no title. The seller told me he talked to someone on here about a title clearing house? He said getting a new title in Missouri would be difficult. Anybody have any ideas? Also I need to rebuild the brake system and replace all the gages and wipers and signals etc etc. Any advise or information would be Greatly Appreciated.
