Don't you love that not title bull. I've been through that in Ma a couple of times is the past year. Around here all you need is a bill of sale, a statement of facts saying where the truck has been by the seller, and a vin verification from the police. Course have someone check the registry computer to see if there actually isn't a title on the vehicle before you try to get a title from your RMV. Works for me in this state, good luck.
