Trailer Winch for Loading PW's

Any thoughts on what capacity winch would be required to load a PW on a trailer. Its a rolling load and only the ramps would add to that load. I am wondering if a 6000# boat trailer winch would work ??

I want to be able to load PW's that are not in running condition.
