That is something I am going to have to check. Condensation and rust are terrible here. All machinery left out, even under a shed, is covered with condensation most of the winter. There's a tractor-type flapper over the exhaust pipe but that doesn't keep out all moisture. I suspect by the time I'm done, I'll have everything all apart, which is what I wanted to avoid. I was hoping somebody would know something about the 2 different sizes of crank pulleys and why they have timing marks in different places. It was a good strong engine the last I took the machine out, but now, with a hand crank, I feel very little compression. The other Snow-Cat is better, but still not as tight as I would have expected. Machines definitely don't like sitting.
