Rather than a chain hoist from the trusses, one could use an electric hoist. I used a cheap little Harbor Freight hoist with doubled line. It's stated capacity was 440#. Far easier than a chain hoist since the controller is on a pigtail so one can operate the hoist from the floor where it's very easy to keep an eye on progress. I have 11' to my trusses so was able to have the steering column and wheel on when the frame was moved under the cab.
