Depending on the height of the ceiling you can lay a small beam (4x6 or 4x8) over the bottom chord of a few trusses. Then wrap a small chain around that beam at the point where you want to lift. You can use a chain hoist, a come-a-long, or even a pulley with a rope, to lift the cab.
Chain hoist is more compact and will lift a lot more.
