My 66 has been getting water in the oil and generally not running well, really hard to get started, then idles rough, like not all cylinders running. Dry compression in 90-100 on all 6 cylinders. Plugs #4 and #5 are black, oily, and smell of gas. Others are dry and brown. I pulled the head and everything looks quite black except for the valves which range from very black to almost no black. See the link for the pictures.

Does the gasket look consistent with a coolant leak between 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6?

What are the various colored valves telling me?
