If you notice the dark area on the head gasket, piston side between cylinders, those are head gasket leaks between cylinders. The center water port between 3 & 4. Not the dark area on the 3 side, that is where water leaked into the cylinder and push into the crank case by compression. Clean off carbon, have the head checked for resurfacing, and reassemble it.
