Ha Ha. The trick is never to go uphill in the rain. :)
I used to have a 1968 Ford station wagon that had headlights doors that worked on vacuum. There was a 1 gallon metal can under the hood that "stored" vacuum. I wonder if such a thing would help vacuum wipers?
