If its stuck in frozen mud, how bout a 10 gallon insullated container filled with hot salt water.
Also - road flares, first aid kit (for skinned knuckles)
Don't forget the extra person to help with all of the above and to take pictures of the adventure. Its also good to have the extra person if something goes wrong with any of the above. A cell phone wont help if your foot is pinned under a collasped jack and you can't reach the phone.
