Black. Unless a Power-Wagon was custom ordered with fenders and running boards painted the same color as the body of the truck. Then, headlight buckets and cowl light buckets may or may not have also been body color. I have seen vintage photos showing black cowl lights on another wise single color truck. I have seen vintage photos showing cowl lights being body color on a single color truck. But I have never seen vintage photos showing cowl light buckets any other color than black when the fenders and running boards were the standard black regardless of body color.
