Might need to thread them further, or turn them on a lathe (or even chuck them in the drill press and use a small angle grinder) to remove hexagon to allow the surfaces to mate properly
It's about $80, plus freight if you can make the adjustments yourself
Probably cheaper than having them made from scratch by a machinist
