What�s the thread pitch on a 1/2 ton?

I have ordnance supply catalog with all the information on the 3/4 ton trucks, so I know the thread pitch and size on the housing of a 3/4 ton is 3/8”-16

And accepts a 3/8”-24 nut.
So this step down stuff can work with either 24 or 16 pitch.

But.. the other side of the step down stud is 7/16-14

Do you know if the thread on a 1/2 ton housing is 7/16-14”
