When you put an old radiator that has oxidation/rust through the cleaning solution of a radiator shop, it loosens the old solder, this is why he says it may leak when warm. He may warranty the cleaning, tubes clean, but I'm sure he doesn't warranty leak free operation of the radiator. There are aluminum radiators available for the PW, but if your looking to stay with the original, it can be re-cored, but may not have the same number of rows and size of tubes. You may want to run it till you have issues.
There are places that can totally take the radiator apart, fins and tubes, and rebuild it and it's not cheap. Here is a place that can make it new including forming new tubes, to everything else.
