Condolences and Congratulations on all your life changes. I have recently been through many of the same. Bizarrely, what struck me is that you are working out of a "garage" that has a ceiling high enough to install a lift. When you say you are in a new home and workplace, is the workplace a garage on the same property where you live?
Until recently, all my tools, including a lift, were in a container sitting on the property where I am going to build a home. But, the HOA got tired of the container sitting there, and I am now having to move my tools to various relative's garages and a storage unit. And I am building my truck in one space of a two car garage.
Congratulations on the engine, and I hope the transmission runs forever.
