Nice truck on your Facebook page. And your tools and shop? WOW!!! I wished you lived close by. After sawing apart one of the tires and removing it, I found out why the kid had so much trouble trying to break the bead or loosen the ring. There is nothing keeping water out of the joint between the ring and the wheel, and there was forty years of rust keeping the ring and the wheel together. After removing one of the rings, I could see how improper installation could lead to catastrophic failure.
