In line with Todd's comments about the obvious lack of quality in welding of the part he purchased, I have an all purpose trailer with sides and barn style doors with an electric/hydraulic hoist. Of course it was beautiful, shiny black for about 5 or 6 years. Soon rust and peeling began, exposing bare metal under the paint. Obviously no primer before paint.
Seems like the standard for quality has taken a dive.
