Ok, there are two M37 transmissions, the later used is the NP420 and either one will bolt up to the FFPW bell housing. You can easily tell the difference between the two by the number of shift lever pins - see link.

- You need a transmission floor cover from a 1957 and later W300M, WM300, M601, M615

- You need a FFPW NP420 PTO and lever if you plan to use a winch

- Shift lever for the M37 NP420

- Get the case number from the PIF transmission section to verify the transmission is an NP420 because the cover from the earlier can be used on the later 420 with 420 shift forks.
