Those things that look like rollers are not rollers, but just a funny shaped washer. What goes in the track are the mushroom heads of the stud holding those washers. Push on the washer to compress the spring, then put the mushroom head in the track. It takes a little patience, since while you're putting the second one in, the first one is busy popping out.
