Door glass and window winder

I am trying to figure out the trick to getting those little spring loaded rollers on the window winder arms into the track on the bottom of the door glass frame. I have the window in the door and winder also screwed in the door. Now the winder arms are pushing up the winder from below the frame which is not right.

Any ideas?
