Yep had it happen on my PW and wife’s Honda Accord. I was able to start both with it in gear then stood on the brakes. It took a couple of tries, but they broke loose. They were parked in an open area so no problem with starting. If you can’t start it. Remove the cover under the flywheel and insert a thin putty knife between the disk and flywheel working your way around. It helps a lot if someone is depressing the clutch while doing this.

I burned a little clutch when they broke free to clean the rust off the flywheel and clutch plate.
