I had an old corvette that had that happen. Easiest fix is from underneath with the cover off & someone pushing the clutch…then just get a tiny pry bar or screw driver & wedge it between the flywheel & clutch.
What I did that worked was I started my car in neutral…got it up to about 20mph with the clutch stuck & then just hammered the brakes lol. It worked but I recommend the method above :)
