Here is the same carb. after a one day soak in carb. cleaner. I just put it back together this morning with a new needle and seat, fresh set of plugs and it ran perfect. I had never thought about the bad fuel thing and i do run it about once a week. I'm going to put some kind of fuel additive in tank and monitor it. I think the check balls in carb. showed the effect of the fuel more than anything with that "Bathtub ring" mark around them and as we know there is two of them to worry about. I'm sure that either send the tank out as one mentioned or a stainless tank is in the future and try to find good fuel.Again thanks for tips.
