My neighbor many years ago dynamited the dam that was flooding his property 3 days later it was all reconstructed. Then he called the game commission and they looked at it and nothing was done So he installed a 24 inch 20 foot plastic culvert pipe smooth inside and on a slant for good flow. Then he cleaned it out periodically then they tried to dam the other end it kept him busy as the beavers for some time finally they gave up and must have moved downstream
