Computer algorithms will pull that sort of thing, along with some empowered little paper pusher who is afraid of being noticed by the corp and hides behind mounds of paperwork.
I stopped using epay for many things - when their shipping costs went bonkers. You are fine down in the US but once the border comes in the costs go up.
Once in awhile I will find a seller that does not use Epay shipping or i track the seller down and buy off line. The difference in shipping costs generally covers the increased costs of not buying through epay and then end total is less than dealing through them.
