I think you must enjoy the exchange between you and the Young individual with no apparent gender behind the computer or else you wouldn't go in there. I have an Oriellys that is on my wife and my walking route. The lady manager has been there for 10 years at least. She opens on time every day, lets me go behind the counter to look for brake lines and brass fittings, she passes out candy for the local day care Halloween parade. She doesn't know that much about cars. When I need a part, I look it up first by manufacturer, then go in with the p/n from their online lookup and they either get it for me or order it for the next day. Most of the Young individuals with no apparent gender behind the computer don't stay very long. The older ones have been there awhile.
