I also like driving my trucks and motorcycles and have always been a gear head since my family owned a gas station. I also remember growing up in the 60’s where the smog was so bad it hurt to breathe. I spent a good chunk of my working career in the offshore oil patch and to this day I still own and use heavy equipment in my daily life.
I can see the need for electric vehicles in today’s world as most of my daily trips are under 300 miles and that still leaves me the option to vacation or haul longer distances with my ICE equipped equipment. To me it’s exciting to see the progress being made for our kids and the future generations
