The cup is CC-927013, Timken cup 23256. I'm not familiar with KOYO bearings. I would not peen the steering knuckle to prevent the cup from turning. Get a Timken bearing cup. Cups do slip up/down in the knuckle when adjusting the steering bearing pre-load to 25-28 feet pounds to center the knuckle, so locking a cup could have a negative impact. If you don't have to drive the cup in, it's not the right cup or you have a bad knuckle.
