WC 1/2 power steering mock-up - anyone know the angle

Hi all,
Since my frame is devoid of heavy obstructions, I figured it would be a good time to work out the modifications required for the PS install. I know I'll have to do some bending of the flange, so I thought it would be easier with the frame on it's side, and no motor for a nice long lever. Not to mention to use gravity to help hold the box whilst I fiddle with it.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone knows the angle relative to the top rail? Based on the original steering box, it seems pretty close to 45 deg. Is going for a straight-shot the best bet? It seems like the output from the steering box will be a bit closer to the frame then the original box, but I suppose that doesn't make a different in the angle. Will there be anything else in the way that I need to consider once things go back together?

I plan on building a bracket and bending the top flange, but the angle needs to be pretty close I believe (not much adjustment range).
