Dont know what kind of saddle? We only take large Buck. enjoy the meat. Dont shoot doe or small Buck and we have been seeing are big Buck numbers grow over the last 20 years. And our doe numbers have been growing also. We dont take Bucks every year. Last night we cut the back straps out and cooked them over the Fire. Thats good earting right there. Nix Besser.
