The frame will get dipped in acid as part of the process - that acid will get into areas that the zinc will not. Unless you are prepared to take the whole frame apart I would take a pass.
I have had some parts on a frame hot dipped - it does slow down rust but finding paint that will stick to the galvanized surface is pretty much impossible.
