The good news...I was able to feed a 5/16" fuel line down through the filler and siphoned almost 25 gals from the tank. My mechanic friend used his scanner to activate the in tan pump, disconnected the fuel line from the filter, and pumped the rest out. Changed the filter, primed it, and she fired right up. The mighty Cummins lives to fight another day. :)
