2006 Cummins question

I put about 25 gals of fuel in my 2006 Dodge Cummins today. The engine has about 175k and the injectors were replaced at about 150k. About a mile from home I noticed a slight hesitation on acceleration. Going up the slight grade to my driveway, the hesitation or missing got worse, accompanied with blueish smoke. I barely made it up the driveway to the garage. It reminded me of how my old 390 Ford V8 acted when the timing chain jumped.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
