I will pull it off today and take back apart looking for spoken of check ball issues. As you always do i was very careful when i assembled it but remember dwelling on this part of assembly. The fact that with mixture screw lightly seated when it is running and with no change in the way it idles sure points in this area and also to the check balls. I did not remove any balls that were staked for sure but soaked it for at least 24 hrs. and blew all passages real well. Will keep you posted on the "Licking the calf over" but thanks for help or possible more help needed.
