It may not be a balance issue. It could be a driveline phase issue. Check each drive one to see if the ends are in phase with each other. See link below. Also if you have drive in 4 wheel low the driveline between the transmission and transfer case is out of phase with the rear driveline. Any out of phase will cause vibration.

To put the jack shaft in phase with the rear driveline put the transmission in neutral Then with a two speed transfer case there is a spot between 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive shifter that puts the transfer case into neutral. Then all you have to do is rotate the jack shaft by hand until it is in phase with the rear driveline. Look at figure 3 in the following link. The divorced transfer case in the PW is basically the same scenario as their 2 axle case. Note how the two drivelines are phased to each other.

To align each driveline see the link below. If out of phase, take the slip yoke off and rotate it until in phase and slide it back onto the splines.
