Just a guess, and this is based not on your specific situation but on what I have experienced in the past. Stereo/radios, with digital clocks have been culprits. And I have read about concealed map lights, dome lights or under hood lamps remaining illuminated & causing a drain...... when you disconnect a battery (engine off) terminal is there any spark?
