Ditto on the panel adhesive.
I bought a cheap HF chinese crap spot weld cutter when I was reworking the bed on the 6x6, not expecting much from it. I ran it at slow speed with a little cutting oil and I did well over 100 spot welds without changing the cutter. I think it cost $5.00.
