So my son is 6 but already loves taking things apart, putting things together, well we are working on that. He has a small tool bag with some screw drivers and pliers from last Christmas and he loves to get his tools out. So this Christmas I would like to get him his own sockets and maybe open end wrenches. In the past for a beginner or anyone Craftsman was the immediate go to. These days with them moving overseas it pains me to go that way. I have been looking at proto but thought I heard Stanley has moved some back to the states. Figured if anyone knows of reasonably priced high quality tools it would be here. He will likely lose some but I still want to give him something that will last a lifetime.
