Your springs also appear to have the "military wrap" as I call it, where the second spring in the pack also wraps the spring bushing. I agree with the others that the springs are likely not the correct rate allowing them to deflect more than intended and stress the supplied clamps. How is the ride height?
Something else to remember is the front shackle should not be perfectly vertical. It needs a slight angle forward to allow the springs to flatten and become longer as they are loaded.
