Look into 9.00 16 Michelin XL tires. You can get new or used at this time. There is on company in the US that claims they have new. New are $500+.
I have bought military surplus new from Colony Tire in Norfolk VA. They were new unused and are great tires. No problems at all. They shipped a set of 5 cross country to Seattle by FedEx for the price of another tire. Not bad in my mind. They also sell take off Michelins which can also be a great deal. These take offs can be basically brand new. They do have some at ‘‘tis time listed on EBay.
