Tires

Looking for advise on tires for a �47 WDX. Currently my truck has a set of Goodyear Wrangler MT Military -OZ 37x12.5 OR 16.5LT on 16.5 rims. One of the tires has cracks on the sidewall so I imagine the others are soon to follow. I have another set of very beat up tires ( Goodyear military -OZ 9.0-16 8-67 AGR ) on what I assume are the original rims which are in perfect condition.
I drive the truck weekly ( maybe 40 miles total) on rural roads as well as on dirt, muddy roads on our farm. The truck is used year round in all New England weather conditions.
Any suggestions for tires will be appreciated.
