DOT 5 fluid

I have all new breake system on my 48. Used dot5 fluid. Seems that I have weaping on several places. actually quite a few. Is this fluid known to creep more than dot 3? If I decide to go to regular fluid(dot 3) Is draining the master cylinder and flushing the dot5 out with dot3 thru the lines via bleaders advisible way to do things? Open to all sugestions.
