Stromberg 2V question

I have a 1964 poly 318 with a Stromberg carb on it. I just rebuilt the carb completely, and it has no worn parts, and the choke works just fine.

It is, however, running lean, and has a horrible stumble on even light excelleration. If and when my Pertronix ignition ever shows up, I'll do a thorough tuning on the engine, but does this carb have any way to get it to run more rich? Any tricks to it?

It is a pretty simple carb, the float is set where it should be, the new accellerator pump is shooting streams of fuel into the carb, whats left to check?
