Jerry, I can empathize.
I bought my first Power Wagon for $3,500. Running, no brakes, frame questionable. Probably a $15,000 Power Wagon today.
My first house cost $64,000 in 1980. Just the land that house sits on today, is assessed at $400K. Its crazy, and I must be getting old.
