Whenever I look at the prices of anything today, I feel really old.
Particularly, some of the PWs that have gone up for sale on this site recently, have drawn my attention to the craziness in prices.
My first new 4 wheel drive was a 1968 Ford. It cost me less than $2800.00. My '06 cost me $50,000, 13 years ago.
Some of the $8000-10,000 PWs up for sale could have been bought for $1000-2000 less than 15 years ago. And for $500 40 years ago.
The good part is that the PWs for sale will probably still be around and running in another 50 years, if the rulers of the country don't condemn all the old vehicles.
