I replaced all my switches and outlets to commercial grade. Costs more but worth it.

My daughter’s house that she is renting has had electrical since day one. It blows light bulbs constantly. She will go through 10 a month without missing a beat. She has told the owner but he doesn’t respond on that one at all. The other houses in the neighborhood all have electrical issues and it’s just not light bulbs. They tried going after the builder and all he would say is that’s normal. Oh but they look nice. Go figure.
