Will the manifold with the dump between 5 & 6 fit a power wagon?
George Asche says that the rear dump manifold on the 230 is the biggest problem with the 230 & if a guy switches to an exhaust system that runs more even pressure is the biggest single improvement to the power/torque of these engines....including a cam or raising the compression.
I can’t verify but I can say he has more experience with these engines than probably anyone in the US.
