The grease in the passageway has either hardened or the exits to the passages have become blocked with bushing wear debris. If the grease passage is in line with the axis of the grease zerk, I have used a long drill bit and cleaned out the passage. Don’t use a drill motor. Use your hands using the bit to remove grease and hopefully open up the passage. The passage will usually T to its exits on the wear surface. Hopefully when you clear the main passage you can get enough pressure from the grease gun will blow out any remaining hardened grease in the T sections. If you know where the exit holes on the pin are, make sure that there is no pressure from weight on that side of the pin. If the weight is not on that side of the pin you might get a little more space between the pin and bushing allowing the grease to flow.

If all else fails your going to have to pull the pin and clean things up.
